What’s the minimum for catering?

Our catering is designed for parties of 6 or more. For smaller groups, or if your event has unique needs, just reach out—minimums may vary and we’ll work with you to find the best fit.


How do I place an order?

All catering orders will be placed through Catertrax. Our team will gladly assist with navigating the system, tailoring menus, and ensuring your order is set up correctly.


Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! Our gift cards can be purchased in any denomination and used at our cafés and Starbucks locations.


Can I talk to someone about themes or menu ideas?

Of course. Our leadership team is here to help you design customized experiences that reflect your vision, meet your event goals, and ensure every detail is handled with care.


Do you offer after-hour or weekend catering?

Yes! Whether it’s a seated dinner, cocktail reception, or special celebration, our team can plan and execute your event with customized menus and full support.

Please note: events hosted after business hours or on weekends will include an additional labor charge. Contact our catering office to set up a meeting and review your ideas.


What if I need to change or cancel an order?

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If an order is canceled after preparation has begun, clients will be billed for any costs already incurred.

For last-minute cancellations, please call our catering office directly—emails, faxes, voicemails, or messages to staff members are not considered valid cancellations.


For order changes:

  • Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Changes must be made through the catering office (not in Catertrax).
  • Fulfillment will depend on our kitchen schedule that day.
  • Your changes are not confirmed until you receive a follow-up email or phone call from our catering coordinators.
